I’ve received the wrong order. What should I do?
If you find that the order you have received does not correspond to the one you placed, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
Our team will help you to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, either by sending you the right item or by organizing a return.
My package is damaged. What should I do?
We take the greatest care in packing each order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it.
Please send us photos of the parcel and the items concerned, together with your order number, so that our team can quickly analyze the situation.
We will of course do our utmost to offer you the most suitable solution as quickly as possible.
How do I make a return?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department via our contact form, indicating your order number and e-mail address. We will then send you the necessary return instructions.
Upon receipt of the returned item and after verification of its condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
Please note that refusing a parcel on delivery does not constitute a valid returns procedure. All return requests must be notified to our customer service department before the item is dispatched.

Delivery times and costs?
Orders placed during working days are generally prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number enabling you to follow the progress of your parcel.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
The logistics partner is selected according to the destination country and delivery address.
Delivery may be free for purchases over a certain amount, according to the conditions in force in our store.
